Lindsay and Jason are excited to offer a home for rent in Fort Collins that allows pet dogs and cats. Located at 2516 Constitution Ave, this 2,200 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home offers central heating and air, 2-car garage, backyard with 6’ privacy fence and deck, long driveway with ample parking, and 2 large living areas.
The home is wired for City of Fort Collins’ Connexion internet. The previous owner had the majority of the house professionally hardwired for internet and TV. Additionally, there are upper and lower-level wireless access points that give strong reception.
Jason and Lindsay installed brand new LG appliances (washer, dryer, dish washer, and fridge) in June 2021. They also installed new luxury vinyl flooring throughout most of the home in 2021 and 2022 (the bedrooms have carpet) and remodeled both bathrooms.

The home is serviced by City of Fort Collins Utilities (electric, water, sewer, stormwater, and Connexion) and Xcel Energy for gas. Due to the new City contract, tenants must use Republic Sanitation for their trash/recycling provider.
